Privacy policy
What we collect
Only what you enter in our request forms: company name, country, contact person, email address, order details (size, quantity, date, message) and any artwork files you upload.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a production quote or send samples (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To continue business correspondence about your request (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for direct marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Request data is kept for up to 3 years after our last contact if no contract follows. If a contract is signed, related data is kept for the periods required by law (for example, accounting records for 10 years).
Who processes data for us
- Netlify, Inc. – website hosting and form handling. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- Our email service provider – receiving requests and correspondence.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store one technical setting (whether the sidebar is collapsed), which is never sent anywhere. Fonts are served from our own server.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Send requests to sales@cupin.lt; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
